Waypoints are, by definition, intermediate points on a route or line of travel. Life is filled with these points. They could be a special or unexpected event, an every day occurrence, or something that is forever etched in your memory for the simple fact of being outrageous.

The term “waypoints” is common to anyone who has used a GPS. When traveling along a known – or unknown – route they are what’s used to chart your progress. They help to find your way or retrace your steps to something familiar. They are a valuable tool.
